Delivery Information

Here at Dacombes Of Wimborne we try to make the process from ordering to delivery as easy and simple as possible.

We are unable to deliver to an address that is different to the address registered to the card used to pay with or to a different address other than the address confirmed by PayPal.

Deliveries are usually 2-5 working days from dispatch however, there may be occasions that delivery can take longer due to stock levels.

We only ship to mainland Great Britain. UK offshore and islands are possible but please call us on on our helpline to discuss 01202 882615. 

We aim to deliver all goods on the date advised, however from time to time situations outside of our control may arise, resulting in delivery not taking place on the advised day. In such instances Dacombes Of Wimborne can not accept any responsibility for loss of earnings/time, and do not provide compensation for delays in transit. We will do our best to keep you notified of any issues at all times.

All deliveries must be signed for. The deliveries will NOT be left in sheds, garages garages, sheds or porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible.
